Definition :

Taijutsu (体術) literally means “body technique.” It is a traditional Japanese martial art focused on efficient, natural movement rather than brute strength. Taijutsu emphasizes posture, balance, timing, distance, and the intelligent use of the body to control an opponent with minimal effort.

Rather than relying on flxed forms alone, Taijutsu develops adaptability and responsiveness through principles of movement that apply to both armed and unarmed combat. Training cultivates:
