- Centerline theory: protecting your own center while attacking the opponent’s.
- Relaxed, natural movements for speed and efficiency.
- Sensitivity and tactile awareness (Chi Sau) to read opponents.
History :
Wing Chun developed in southern China during the Qing dynasty, attributed to the legendary Ng Mui, and has been preserved as a practical self-defense system for centuries.

I teach traditional techniques adapted for health and practical application, emphasizing structure, alignment, reflex development, and internal energy awareness, fostering both confidence and physical conditioning.
